deleted all my toolbars in Outlook 2003, how do I restore?

I accidently deleted all my toolbars in Ootlook 2003, how do I restore them.
I do not have a way to customize because the tool menu is not present. I cant
send email . Please help

Right click the toolbar area at the top of the window, select "Customize',
and click "Reset" on the "toolbars" tab.
