Deleted contact list

I accidentally deleted my contacts and their information.
Now my contact list is empty.
Is there any way of retrieving my contact list and
restoring it?
I tried restore computer but for some reason it doesnt
restore.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
As i need this contact list.
