I have two questions.
1. My boss had an Excel file of his contacts that he wanted imported
into his Outlook contacts (using Microsoft Outlook 2002 and Excel
2002). When I imported the files, I found out that I had thousands of
blank contacts that had been imported as well. I realized what I had
done wrong with regards to that problem; however, when I deleted all
the blank contacts, I would come back and find that they had returned
and had doubled in amount. I don't know what exactly is going on or
how to fix it. He does have his phone automatically synching with his
computer, so I don't know if that has something to do with it as well.
Just really confused.
2. Also, when trying to delete items from his Deleted Items folder
permanently, everything seems to work. But when I come in the next
morning the information is back. So how do I get this information
permanently deleted?
Thanks.
