Deleted Distribution List

Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP, Exchange. I accidentally deleted a
distribution list (I highlighted a name and hit "delete" instead of "remove"
and the whole list was gone). Is there a way I can get it back? I have the
last email I sent to the names on the list (over 50). Is there a way I can
import the addresses from the sent email back into a distribution list?
Thanks.

Was this distribution list in personal folders or your Exchange mailbox? If
personal folders, check your deleted items folder. If on Exchange mailbox,
try the "recover deleted items" from teh deleted items folder.

It was in the deleted folder. I don't think I would have ever thought to look
there - so obvious when someone points it out. Thank you so much!
