deleted emails keep coming back?!*

I need help.
I am receiving the same old emails over and over. I delete them and they
return. What could be wrong?

Your connection to the mail server isn't closed properly. Most likely
because of a virus scanner (not properly) integrating with Outlook. Disable
this integration and try again.
