Deleted Entrerprise Resource - Re-adding

A resource was removed using the Admin tools in Project Web Access "Database
cleanup" utility.

We need to re-add the resource because ot should not have been deleted.
When I use Project 2003 (Open Enterprise Resource Pool) and attempt to re-add
the resource (from Exchange, as originally added to the ERP) an error message
about the network account is reported. No changes were made to the network
account.

I am unable to re-add the resource.

Any ideas? Thank you,

Did you tried to manully add the same person as user from PWA ? Are you
getting same error message.
