#deleted #error

I have some fields in my records that has "#error" or "#deleted".
I am wondering how I got these "data" in some of my fields.
Worst, I cannot even change it or delete the record.
Anybody encountered this with Access 2000 on Windows XP?

I've only seen "#deleted " on forms where the record has been deleted and
the form hasn't be requeried. "#error" probably means you have a
calculation or lookup error. This is probably a calcualted field, right?
