Deleted File

I been told that when the recycle bin is emptied, the
deleted files are still somewhere on the hard disk. If
this is right how can I recover a file deleted by mistake?

You cannot find the file yourself unless you are expert at uncovering the
deleted files. There are professional services that specialize in this type
of data recovery but they are expensive and require that you give up your
computer (or at least the hard drive) for a few days.

The suite would need to have been installed PRIOR to the deletion.

| this for you. You might try the Norton Utilities from
| Symantec.
