Deleted Files

Hi Folks,
I had some business files saved in Outlook Express and
accidentally deleted them.
Is there any way to recover them?
Even when it asked me if I was sure I wanted to delete
them, I answered yes.
Dumb Move!
I do need those files and would appreciate any help.
