Deleted folder from attempt at new "form" ceation still shown?

Help Please!
I tried to create a custom form. I followed the instructions from the
Microsoft Tutorial (I created a folder called "DansTestForms"). Then i just
made a simple modification to the existing contact template and followed the
rest of the Tutorial's
instructions to publish the form. It did work, but it was not what i wanted
it was just a test, so i deleted the "DansTestForms" folder, emptied deleted
items and closed and reopened Outlook.
Now here is the problem, when i went to:
Tools ->Forms->Design A Form ->
The "Design A Form Window" opens as it should BUT in the look in box:
DansTestForms is still listed even though it produces an error when selected.

How do i get rid of this?

Please help.

Thank you for the help but this solution did not correct the problem.

DansTestForms still shows up as a selection in the "Look In" box on the
"Design A Form" windows.

*On a side note I did delete the entries in the registry as directed and
when Outlook restarted it DID NOT recreate blank keys entries as implied. I
deleted keys in both version no. 12 and 11 with 12 being what i presumed to
be Outlook 2007.
I also restarted system and still no change or recreated keys.*

Any further help would be greatly appreciated. This is a very frustrating
quirk.

If the list isn't stored there, then it's either in some other registry value or, maybe more likely given that forms are profile-specific, buried in a hidden item or property in the mail store itself. It's certainly not documented.

I'd just ignore the folder if it were my machine. It's certainly causing no harm and eventually will float down the MRU list, out of sight.

By the way:

The "look In" box on the "Design Form" window also shows other selections
from Personal Folder (ex; Search Folder sublisting but strangely not all of
the search folder sublisting, also it shows new subfolders i created on my
msn mail account which is linked and accessed via outlook).

I dont know if this will help but i want to give you as much info as i can.
Please help if you can.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

While this is just an irritation at this time it could easily become clutter
and confusion (it does produce errors when clicking on it). If it happens
once it will surely happen again as i continue to train myself to create
custom forms etc. This is a problem for me, and i would think potentially
others, but i am a novice at this.

I do not understand what you mean by if will float down the mru list and out
of sight, as a person searches the "look In" window it will always be there
will it not?

Again thanks for your help.

The order of the folders will change as you use or design forms in them. The ones you don't use should sink to the bottom and eventually disappear.
