Hi All
Weird problem
A user today deleted a folder containing messages from Entourage 2004 which
has not shown up amongst the other deleted messages that can be recovered
using the 'Recover Deleted Items' facility in Outlook 2003 or Web Access.
The user is connected to our Exchange 2003 server which has a 2 week
retention setting for deleted item recovery.
As a test I created another folder and deleted it which hasn't shown up
either.
Logically it would seem that Entourage has not actually deleted the folders
or exchange would be showing them as recoverable items.
Anyone know why Entourage would behave this way when deleting message
folders rather than messages individually - and how i get the folder back!!
