Deleted Half of Toolbar

I was trying to customize my toolbar when I removed the File, Edit, and View from my toolbar. If someone could help me figure out how to put them back on I'd greatly appreciate it.

Technically speaking, you did not modify a toolbar, you modified the menu
bar. To get the original menu bar back, ctrl-/right-click the Standard
toolbar (which contains icons for New, Save, Print, etc.) and choose
Customize Toolbars and Menus. In the new window that shows up, select the
Menu Bar entry from the list and click on the Reset button. This should
restore your menu bar to its factory settings.
