deleted identity and emails

I unintentionally deleted an identity. I had a lot of
emails saved in folders under this identity. Is there
some way to recover them?

If you haven't done much on that drive since then, an Undelete utility *may*
be able to help. But the more writing you do to the drive since the
deletion, the less likely any utility will recover the files.

How would I run an "undelete utility"?

You might try this...Do a search on your drive for the
*.pst file, after locating import into Outlook by
selecting File/Import-Export/ then select Import file
(the description at the bottom should mention PST.

Careful - if you choose the same one you are currently
using, you may end up with duplicate messages being
imported.
