Deleted it and want it back

Hey all, i'm new to the board, and this is kinda my last hope=\

About 4 months ago i did an F disk on my computer. While installing
Windows my cd popped out of the tray and went back behind the drive.
It got scratched to hell... So i had to use my moms Dell install CD.
Well needless to say it didn't work very good. I don't have Outlook
express, I can't instal it from any of the instalation CD's and It
won't let me re-install IE 6.0


Is there any way i can delete IE 6.0 so i can reinstall it? Or
anything else i can do for that matter???

If you go to the downloads portion of the Microsoft web site, and
download the IE 6 pre-installer (I think is 4/879KB)this should launch
a setup of IE where you can repair, or re-install your existing IE 6
installation. From here, you can select Outlook from the install
options.

Sure...no problem...here you go. It is IE6 SP1...which is a full install
of the browser so you should get all of the options with it:

I install it and during installation it says that it doesn't recognize
something about signature or something and why thats important to
mincrosoft...
