Deleted Items and Folders Disappearing

I just started using Entourage on OSX to obtain email, using a college
server. For some reason when I delete emails, they don't go to a
deleted items folder - they just disappear, even though I have it set
to store them. Then when I try and create a folder under the school's
exchange server, those folders disappear. When I open Outlook Express
on OS9, the folders are all there! Does anyone have any idea why this
might be happening?

I don't use Exchange so hopefully someone will come along that has some
experience that can help. In the mean time, check out the Exchange Support
pages.

I too have the problem when pressing delete button or click on the trash
can, the deleted message is not the delete folder. No problem with folder
disappearing.
