Deleted Items are not deleted from mail server

Problem: Deleted Items are not deleted from mail server



I have checked

Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'



When I use Empty Deleted Items Folder,

nothing is deleted from the Comast server.



Does this feature work with Comcast mail servers? Thanks

Do you get duplicates of messages you've already downloaded? If so,
your machine isn't telling Comcast's server that it's downloaded
everything. This can be caused by a large message in your Inbox on
Comcast's server that can't be downloaded for some reason, such as a
slow Internet connection.

If this is the case, use Comcast's webmail and delete the large
message that isn't getting to your machine.
