We are running Exchange 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2007.
Since updating to Outlook 2007 SP2, several clients have started
experiencing a problem with the list of items displayed in the Inbox listing
after performing a delete.
What happens is that one or several items are deleted by highlighting the
items in the inbox listing and then hitting/clicking delete. The items
remain listed in the inbox. If I re-sort the listing by clicking on a column
heading, i.e. subject, the items disappear from the listing. I have also
confirmed that the mail is being deleted by bringing up the mailbox in OWA or
Outlook 2003. This does not happen all the time. Any ideas?
