basically, you close outlook and confirm its closed in tasks manager,

Diane,
I am not familiar with the resetfolders switch. Can you tell me more
about
it?
:
Did the resetfolders switch work? If not, your admin may need to make
you
a
new mailbox.

Diane,
I have taken the time to expand all of my folders. It is nowhere to
be
seen.
I have also restarted Outlook after a fresh reboot of the computer.
No
success.
When I try to "Recover Deleted Items", it opens a window that does
not
show
anything to recover even though I have deleted several items since
last
Deleting items from the Deleted Items Folder.
Thanks,
Chris
:
did you expend all the folders so you can see the subfolders? It's
there
somewhere and is fairly easy to move if you use owa.
Did you try the /resetfolders switch?

No. I work from the Folder List view and it is not in this view.
Thanks,
Chris
:

Somehow, my "Deleted Items" folder in Outlook has either been
hidden
or
has
been deleted. I cannot find it in my folder list. I know it
still
exists
because I tried two things just to see if it still exists: (1)
tried
to
create a new folder named "Deleted Items" - window replied
that I
already
had
a folder named by that name, (2) I can go to TOOLS and then
"Empty
Deleted
Items Folder".
