This list of Deleted Items seemed to be generated after opening/importing a message database (.mbox archive) from a previous year then deleting its contents.

I have deleted all items for deletion. How do I now delete the above list of Deleted Items from the Windows Menu. It causes the Entourage Window to flash every time the application is quit.

Thanks.

Self-diagnosis, simple - close the windows. They are so well stacked it's not visible that multiple windows are open. As an Entourage and Mac user for more than 15 years I should know better!

I suggest you create a second Identity in Entourage. Import your MBOX files
into this Identity. Now when you need to search old messages, you can switch
Identities.
