I'm running Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 laptop.
I have a non-average setup in that I have Outlook connecting to a remote SBS
Exchange server, my ISP (email is downloaded to a local pst file), and I have
the Live Outlook Connector installed to manage my Hotmail.
Outlook is working fine except for one thing. When I exit, it asks me if I
want to empty the Deleted Items folder and I say yes, but it doesn't do it
properly.
The only Deleted Items folder that gets emptied is the Exchange folder. The
Deleted Items folders in my pst file for my ISP mail, and the Deleted Items
folder for Hotmail do not get emptied. I have to manually empty those two.
I think it may have something to do with the Exchange setup since before I
set up Outlook for that, I only had my ISP and Hotmail and both of those got
emptied upon exit of Outlook.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to change this so ALL Deleted Items
folders get emptied when I exit Outlook?
