Deleted Macro

I am building a database and have at some point used a
Macro entilted Macro 1. This has now been deleted but in
spite of this every time I open a certain form it looks
for Macro 1 and , not being able to find it, returns an
uneeded error message saying Cant find macro 'Macro 1'. I
do not know how to remove this so that the error message
does not show.

Something (ie: a command button) on the form is attached
to Macro 1.
Check the properties of the command button(s) and remove
whichever command button (assuming you have more than 1 on
the form) that is "looking" for Macro1.

Good Luck!

Thanks Liz but there is only one button on the form and
this does not refer to Macro 1.
Even if I delete this button the problem remains.

The reference to "Macro 1" can be in any Event of the Form or the Controls
on the Form or even in your VBA code for the Form. Unfortunately, you just
have to check each one of them.
