Deleted Microsoft Office 97 Program Toolbar

My husband accidentally deleted the Program Toolbar that
used to appear on the right hand side of my Desktop. Do I
need to reinstall Microsoft Office to get the toolbar back?

Not at all....just do the following:

Start - Programs - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Office
Shortcut Bar

and you will be back in business.....
