Deleted Project Still Shows On Project Center View

I am my company's designated Project Administrator. We are operating on
Project 2003 Server. I have a project still showing on the Project Center
View even though
it has been deleted off the Project Server...

When you click on it in the view, it gives the following message(s):

There is no information to display in this view
Either the project manager has not published the project plan or
there is no information in the project plan to display.
----------------------------------------------------------------
(OR)
----------------------------------------------------------------
Project does not exist. It may have been deleted.
----------------------------------------------------------------

I've tried to delete it again by going to "Clean Up Project
Server Database" and I get the following message:

An error occured while competing the operation
----------------------------------------------------------------

Is there something I'm missing??? Do I need to reboot the Project
Server or go to the db table itself and remove the specific record
entry??? I'm at a loss...

Any Help Would Be Appreciated!!!
