Deleted projects appear in Resource Usage view of MS Proj. Prof. 2

Some of our projects that are deleted with Clean up Project Server database
option in Web Access ( Project Server 2003) still appear in Resource Usage
view in MS Project Professional 2003 in all projects that have resources with
assignments in deleted projects.

Does anybody know what's causing this problem?

Any ideas how to remove deleted projects from Resource Usage view? Searching
in database for the underlying database table(s) or view(s) had no success.
