Deleted Projects not getting saved to Archive DB

Hello,
I have a situation with my production environment where upon deleting a
Project from Project Sever the deleted project does not get saved to the
Achive database, it simply gets deleted. Gone - bye bye - history - never to
be seen again - asta so longa. I have dugthrough many a forum and article
and found nothing in these regards. Has anyone outthere seen this?

Deleted projects are not automatically saved in the Archive DB. *You* have
to run an Administrative Backup before deleting a project.
