Deleted Status Report

One of my users, rather than responding to a status report request, deleted
the request. Now they are getting a message on their home page stating that
they have 1 overdue report. I have tried to submit an adhoc report with the
same name with no success. Any suggestions?

What happens when the user clicks on the overdue Status Report link?
Doesn't the system allow him/her to complete and submit the Status Report?
By the way, submitting an unrequested Status Report won't take care of this
problem, as you have already learned. Let us know.

The link takes the user to the status report archive but there are no reports
listed with the past due indicator. Chronologically the last report is
missing from the list.

The link brings the user to the Status Report Archive screen but there is no
report listed with a "Report is past due" indicator. Chronologically the
report due 9/30 is missing from the listing.

One of the reports was edited last week and the user was removed as a team
member responding to the status report. Could this cause the problem?
