Deleted Status Reports

My resources are still seeing "You have (x) overdue status reports." on their
PWA home page even though the associated status report has been deleted. They
also continue to receive email alerts for these reports - which, of course,
keeps on getting longer.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem, or know of a solution?

I believe this is a known bug in Project Server 2007, as referenced in the
following URL:

I do not believe this bug is fixed in either SP1 or the recent
Infrastructure Update. Hope this helps.

I am getting multiple issues around the Project 2007 status reporting
feature: Users send their status reports and the response disappears, or a
manager deletes an old status report and the users still see the old request,
but when they click on the request, they receive an error... as far as you
know this is still an unresolved "BUG"? I have already installed the Sept
hotfix to resolve other issues we have seen and the status report issues
still linger on.... any insight?
