Deleted Tasks in PS 2003 Timesheets

Hello

Does anyone know where I can find the tool to remove deleted tasks
from the resource timesheet in PWA view? We have deleted certain
tasks from the project schedule but they still show up in the resource
timesheet. We would like to have a process in place where every night
the database is cleaned up of any deleted tasks but cannot find such a
tool.

I would really appreciate your help.
