Deleted Tasks still showing on PWA Timesheet (Ms Project 2003 Serv

We have a situation where the PM deleted a task that had a resource assigned
to this task and the resource still had remaining work on this task. Since
there wasn't any actual time logged to the task by the resource, the PM was
able to delete the task but in PWA, the task is still showing up in the
resource's timesheet. How can we remove this deleted task from the resources
timesheet view?

Thanks for your reply.

We already have this script in place and it has been hiding all of the
deleted tasks that display a large X indicator to the left of the task name
in Project Web Access. The tasks that I am referring to do not have a large X
indicator. The resource can enter time into these tasks but when the PM tries
to process the updates to the project it gives an error stating that the task
doesn't exist. The task doesn’t exist in the project plan. How do you remove
or hide these types of tasks on the timesheet view?
