deleted without being read message.

one of my users continues to receive daily a deleted
without being read message from over a year ago. This
started a few weeks ago. The message is delivered daily.
Is there a way to clear this or turn it off? Thanks in

Is the message from one of your users, or from someone external? If it's
from one of your users, check their mail program and see why it's sending
the same message continually. Otherwise, the most you can do is contact the
person that's sending the receipt and ask them to check their system.
