deleteing templates from 'My Templates" in Word

I have read previous advice posted on the subject and it doesn't work
for me. I cannot drag a file from the window inside the larger window
that appears when I select 'My Templates" after opening Word, then
'Project Gallery." Suggestions are welcome!
