Deleteing Worm files

G

gh

I have recently installed AV software which have
identified a half dozen or more files with the worm :
W32/Spybot.worm.gen

My attempts to delete them are stoped with messages such
as:

The file "APUWLRBIKQ.EXE" could not be deleted. Please
check access rights to media where the file is located.

I'm running windows XP. I've unhidden the files. I have
Admin rights in XP. I just can't figure out how to kill
these items.

Any help.
