Hi,

Check again -- It's Tools > Organizer. Click the calendar tab.
Select the individual calendar and then click the delete button.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

I went into the Calendar folder and followed the instructions listed above
several times and can't seem to make it disappear. There are still entries
in the old calendar that I transferred to my new 2007 one and don't need them
any more. do I need to clear all those entries before I can clear the one I
want to? That did not seem to be the case for the other one that I got rid
of.

Hi JLDrake,

Unfortunately, your post did not carry over the instructions that you've
followed, so it's tough to tell what is going on here.

So, a few assumptions: you are using Project 2007. When you view Tools
Change Working Time, you are seeing calendars appear that you do not
wish to show any longer?

You should be able to delete base calendars that are not in use in the
Project file through Tools > Organizer and click on the calendar tab.
Select the calendar on the right side and click the delete button.

Is that working?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
