I have a user that created a shortcut key assignment [Shift]+ to insert
his signature into an email. This is causing a problem within other office
applications. For example: in Excel and Word; when typing text, if he wants
to use a capital S the key combination causes the text to delete.
I have been unsuccessful in finding the key assignment or how he created it.
I have already tried to find the shortcut using: Tools | Customize |
Keyboard. It does not show the [Shift]+ assignment.
Can any one help?
