Deleting actuals from previous years

PWA allows you to remove actual work and assignments for specific time
periods (Clean up project server database). My management has decided to
limit administrative projects to a calendar year. To chop up these projects I
would need to be able to delete all assignments and associated actuals and
protected actuals that were not collected in a specified year. Is there some
functionality that would allow me to do this in the MSP tables as it is
possible through PWA in the MSP_WEB tables?

Sounds dangerous to me. Would it not be safer and easier to design the
Administrative Projects with a Year Definer.

Eg
Admin Leave Project (2005)
Admin Leave Project (2006)

This would not be a great solution if you have a large number of admin.
projects.

This way you can simply Delete the whole project after the end of the year
via the PWA Project Clean Up functions. Cleaning up projects would need to
delete records from the PWA Sites, SQL Tables and Winproj database.
