Deleting blank page

There is a mysterious blank page in my document that does
not include headers or footers and is not shown in
regular view, but does appear in print preview. When I
try to delete it using editing in print preview, Word
will not allow me to select it.

?

Has anyone had this problem before?

Is the blank page followed/preceded by an Odd/Even Page section break?
