This is an easy question..I am creating an excel spread sheet that is consists of 4 pages only. However, it document says it is 32 pages, and it too large for me to be received on the email server I am sending it to. How can I delete the extra 28 pages? I only want to send 4.

First:

Do you have 32 Pages set up with titles horizontally or vertically?

If you do then you need to remove any of those pages.

Also scan which ever direction your Pages flow and see if you have
accidentally enter a formula, even a character, or space in a cell

If you can't find anything then when you go to print in print menu
choose 1 thru 4 instead of everything.

If it's "fixed", don't "break it"!
