Deleting/creating Database

I am looking for a way to automatically delete an existing
database ( and all it's tables, etc.) and then recreate
it.

Problem - I have multiple DTS set up in a SQL database to
delete a table from a MS Access database, then create the
table and because MS Access doesn't actually free up the
space on the database, I'm getting an error that the
database is at it's max.

You really need to look at a way to Compact and repair instead of deleting
and re-create

Why not just compact the Access database?
