I posted this in the calendar section of this forum, but since I have not
heard back from anyone, and I'm getting desparate, hoping someone hear can
help. I bought a new pda, had to resync it with outlook. For some reason,
windows
mobile, the phone and outlook all went crazy and i now have about 4,000
duplicate meeings/apointments - in some instances, up to 10 of each.
Whenever it seems the calendar item is just an appointment, I can go to a
list view, select the group and delete. However, when they are somehow
entered as meetings, I have to delete each occurance individually, and then
with each delete, I get a pop up "Confirm Delete" box asking with radio
buttons if I either want to delete and send a response or delte without a
response. This is obviosly time consuming - wondering if there is any way
around the confirm delete option. Played around with tools, email opitons,
tracking options/
and the never send a resonse option, but I can seem to find anything that
works. Apprecaite any help
