deleting duplicate data

hi. I have a table that has gotten some duplicates. I want to delete
them, but I don't want to do it one at a time. Can someone show me a
way to do this?

Append the data into a table not allowing duplicated data. Some errors
telling that some records are not copied, that would be fine, that removes
the dup.
