Deleting Duplicate e-mails in Outlook XP

C

Craig Stone

Is there a way to do a search for duplicate e-mails in the
inbox of Outlook XP and and eliminate them WITHOUT having
to do it one-by-one manually?

Thank you for any help or ideas you might be able to
provide.

Please e-mail me back directly at (e-mail address removed) or call
me on my cell phone.

One way I know of is to export your emails to a PST file, selecting the
option to ignore duplicates. Then either delete all of your emails and
import the new PST file or disconnect the current PST and connect to the new
one.

There are a lot of helpful tips on the following page for dealing with
duplicates:

Also, www.slipstick.com lists several 3rd party utilities for cleaning
up duplicate items.
