deleting e-mail issue

I am running outlook 2007, Windows Vista, Office 07. I have several e-mail
accounts that download into Outlook. I have Suddenlink, hotmail & gmail.
The problem is as follows:
1. When trying to delete a e-mail I receive the following message “the
messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If problem persists,
restart outlookâ€. This problem occurs in every folder. Sometimes I can
delete one & then sometimes not any. shift + delete does not work. Can't
move the messages to any other folder

Hi! I get the same error message when I try to delete from my "deleted"
messages folder. When I try to delete from other folders (inbox, outbox,
sent) I get a message that says "This folder is full." I can delete some
messages but not others. Help!
