It seems that Entourage sometimes automatically adds an address if I receive an email, yet I am unable to delete those that are added automatically.
Example: ClientX has multiple email addresses. I have placed one in my address book. One day, ClientX sends me an email from another account; I read it and respond. The next time I want to send him an email, I type "client. . ." and both addresses come up as options. When I go into my address book, I can only delete the original address I added; I cannot delete the one that was added automatically.
Is there any way around this? I need to delete these "extra" addresses -- some of them are incorrect and it is very confusing.
Thank you for any assistance.
