Deleting Existing Contacts in Group

I have Just installed the Trial MS WORD 2003.
I went to ENVELOPES & Found Names Already in Recipients. They are Grouped?
How do I DELETE All of Them & Enter My Own List? When I Click on a Name to
Delete It says Name Bound by GROUPS Delete in GROUPS first?
Where is The List in GRUOPS?
