Deleting history trail in Outlook

In Microsoft Outlook Professional Edition 2003, if you select from the top
toolbar File, and then Open, you can see the last things (like Calendars or
In Boxes) you have opened. Is there a way to delete things from that list?
I tried highlighting and pressing the delete key, as well as right clicking
and deleting. Neither are options.
