deleting installation files

When I was installing Outlook 2003, there was a dialogue
box that offered the option to delete the 165 MB of
installation files.

It recommended that you do not because of maintainence
and support.

Now, I'd like to and don't know where those files are, or
how to delete them.

Any ideas? Thanks...
