Deleting Macros from toolbars

I had a macro that was shown on one of my tool bars
'File Edit View Insert etc ..... macro1"

I've deleted the macro but it's still showing on the toolbar.

How do I remove it?

Hold down the Alt key while you drag the menu item into the document
area and drop it.
