Deleting marginal notes

I have received the text of a legal document which has marginal notes about
deletions while amendments are in red, underlined. It prints out only
two-thirds size. On another computer the text is clean and prints out
normally. How do I adjust Word (2003) to read and print out normally?

Go to the view menu, and deselect 'markup'.

Many thanks. "Markup" lead me to "Reviewing" where I discovered all sorts of
wonders.
