Hi, I always accept meetings from the calendar, I just check the appointment,
open it and accept it. But I realize that the meeting request is still on my
email. If I open the meeting request and I accept the appointment from there,
the meeting request is automatically deleted.

So, I do not want to delete every time the meetings request I already accept
from the calendar directly. I have been trying to create a search folder that
allows me to filter the Meetings Request that I already accept, just to
select them faster and delete it, but I do not know which field takes the
information from the gray area that says if the meeting was already accept or
not (for example this area describe something like ...accepted on date XXXX
or conflicts with another appointment, etc).

I understand that if I delete a meeting request already readed but not
accepted, this action deletes the appointment on the calendar.

Please your help to either the meetings request can be automatically deleted
when I accept it from the calendar, or to identify the filters to create the
search folder that allows me to delete de meetings request that match with
the meetings already accepted from the calendar.

Any comments recomendations, anything would help !!!!

Thanks a lot.

Click Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Advanced E-mail Options and state the
setting for "Delete meeting request from Inbox when responding".

Thanks Brian, but I am looking for an option to do the same but when you open
de meeting from the calendar and accept it. The option you mentioned works
perfect when you accept from the Meeting Request. Thanks a lot.
