Deleting Multiple entries

I have a spreadsheet which lists all invoices included in
a payment run. Is there any way I can delete multiple line
for the supplier so i just get a list of all suppliers
that i am making a payment to and not a list with multiple
invoices for each suplier?

This newsgroup is for Word, not Excel. However, what you want to do is very
easy in Access using Groupby in a Query
